GK: Jordan Pickford – 5/10 – Possibly defeated from a distance, but was blindsided by Tchouameni’s rocket.
RB: Kyle Walker – 5/10 – Mbappe defeated Walker in their much-anticipated footrace, which the English fullback did a commendable job of controlling.
CB: John Stones – 6/10 – Adrien Rabiot had a little window of opportunity to take advantage of a mistake in positioning in the second half, but Pickford saved his center-back.
CB: Harry Maguire – 6/10 – Maguire avoided having his slow turning circle revealed by eagerly punching the ball into the final third.
