Chelsea has completed the loan signing of Saul Niguez from Atletico Madrid for the season. the Spanish midfielder will join Chelsea for a fee of £3.4m with the option to buy the player next season for £30m. He has made more than 300 appearances for the Spanish side after he first joined the Spanish side at the age of 17.

Meanwhile, Everton has confirmed the signing of Salomon Rondon from the Chinese League. He has signed a two-year contract with the option of signing for a third season.
