
London (AFP) — Morgan Schneiderlin joined Everton’s Ligue 1 side Nice for an undisclosed expense announced on Tuesday by the Premier League club.
Capped 15 times by France, the 30-year-old midfielder scored once in 88 appearances for Everton after his 2017 move from Manchester United.
Schneiderlin has failed to replicate the structure he appeared at Manchester United or Everton for his first English club Southampton.
“Everton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin has finished a transfer for an undisclosed expense to French club Nice,” read Everton’s statement.
Decent said the charge would be between € 2 million and € 4 million on their site and said his 200 or more Premier League games and his appearances for France at the 2014 World Cup and €2016 would bring them much-required understanding.
“It’s one thing to locate a decent player, however discovering one with this sort of attitude is hard to do. He’ll be our huge marking of the nearby season,” said Nice director Julien Fournier.
Pleasant is controlled by previous Arsenal midfielder Patrick Vieira and completed fifth in the 2019/20 Ligue 1.
The club is possessed by British chemicals magnate Jim Ratcliffe who runs the company’s Ineos domain which supports the most extravagant cycling team in the world.
Schneiderlin joined Everton from Manchester United in a £ 24 million deal ($30 million, €26.5 million) in January 2017 yet was battling for wellness, making only 18 appearances this season before sustaining a knee injury that required medical procedure in February.
