Giuseppe Marotta, Inter Milan’s CEO, affirmed that the club has yet to reach an agreement with Manchester United to broaden Alexis Sanchez’s loan contract.
Chile ‘s international Sanchez burned through 2019-20 in San Siro, after battling to make an impact during his initial year and a half with United.
For Inter this season, the 31-year-old has also been disappointed, despite the Nerazzurri are hoping to expand his contract until the finish of the elongated Series A campaign.
Marotta was frustrated, notwithstanding, with how talks with United had been panned out, while conversations with Chelsea on the individual loan from Victor Moses are also progressing.
He told Sky Sport Italia: “There is a massive regulatory issue that should be addressed because today we ‘re already negotiating with Chelsea and Manchester United to attempt to broaden their loans. It is anything but a pretty thing. We ‘re also dealing with Ivan Perisic over Bayern Munich.”
Tottenham Hotspur was connected to an unexpected move for Sanchez, who had recently been intrigued over a four-and-a-half-year stay with North London rivals Arsenal.
