Liverpool is relied upon to negotiate with Georginio Wijnaldum a contract augmentation of at least three years following effective negotiations. The midfielder deal lapses in June 2021 and he is quick to remain in Liverpool, which he participated in 2016 from Newcastle.
The Dutch international, who will be 30 in November, is in line for a 2024 or 2025 deal, with salaries not expected to be a hindrance.
