Kalidou Koulibaly and Fabian Ruiz have connected away from Napoli, yet President Aurelio De Laurentiis said they will tune in to just the correct offer. Europe’s giants threatened the Senegalese defender Koulibaly, with Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain supposedly chasing back down the middle.
The club is available to selling star couple Kalidou Koulibaly and Fabian Ruiz this summer, Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis admits.
Koulibaly, 28, has for quite some time been connected with a move away from Series An and is one of Europe’s generally looked for after focus backs. Ruiz has been another outstanding entertainer this season for Genaro Gattuso ‘s side.
Like Koulibaly, the Spanish midfielder is contracted to stay with Napoli for another three years, yet speculation over his future at the club is also escalating ahead of the summer transfer window.
And De Laurentiis has recommended that he would allow them to leave if there came a major offer.
He told Corriere Dello Sport (via Goal): “If City or United or PSG appeared with €100 m, I ‘d consider it and they’d probably leave, at whatever point their will was to stop. I don’t consider even a €60 m (£55m/$68 m) offer. I am acceptable, I would end up with three, 400,000,000 obligations on the off chance that I attempted to win the Scudetto today at any cost. I glance around and see 500, 600 million organizations, not exactly a billion. I owe no one a sh*t.'”
De Laurentiis has also stated that they have gone into negotiations on a contract expansion with Spanish winger Jose Callejon.
He said: “I don’t recollect well in September, or maybe it was October, we talked to each other and I’ve clarified our goals. For one hundred, 200,000 euros, I more likely than not touched up the contract. That is all it takes. He knows the terms.”
